Product Guarantee
We stand behind all of our manufacturers' product guarantees. Warranty time frames vary from manufacturer to
manufacturer, which include but are not limited to the replacement of defective parts, missing parts, or
replacement of like item. Our products are guaranteed for standard use of the product in its intended environment.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are
not satisfied with your purchase, you can USUALLY return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is
returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging - but there ARE SOME EXCEPTIONS! - all returns
are subject to our Return and Exchange Policy that you can
read about in the next section of this page.
One important note: Here at DapperLads, we will always try our hardest to make your shopping experience as pleasant

Return And Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have
set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free return and exchange process.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL
YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product according to the return policy
found of the product page in which you made this purchase.
Please NOTE that SOME ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED (for example, FINAL SALE items) and SOME ITEMS CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED
(for example, christening or communion outfits) - if you're not sure about a particular item that you want to return, just
check the description of that item - or you can always just send us an email and we'll let you know. Also, please note
that THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE - for a return or an exchange
You do not need to call us or email us for return approval prior to sending back a return - we do not use RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) numbers. Note that returns not in their original condition will
not be accepted for refund - at all. Returns must be made within 30 days AFTER you receive your order from us.
Returns eligible for refund must be post marked for return within the 30 days of receipt of the order
unless approval has been made for a later return via e-mail request. Unapproved late returns will not be
accepted for refund. Returns are assessed a 15% re-stocking fee. The re-stocking fee does not apply, however,
to exchanges - but the customer does need to pay for the new order shipping costs.
IMPORTANT NOTE! A new order needs to be placed for the size exchange. The new order should be placed BEFORE we receive the original item, to make
sure we realize you are doing a size exchange - and not just a normal return.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR RETURN IS SENT BACK IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION, INCLUDING ALL ORIGINAL MATERIALS SENT WITH
THE PACKAGE (TAGS, SHOEBOX, HANGERS, PLASTIC WRAP, ETC.) AND MAKE SURE THE ITEMS ARE UN-WORN OR YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THE DISCRETION OF DAPPERLADS. IF A RETURN IS REJECTED, YOU
WILL HAVE THE OPTION OF HAVING IT RETURNED TO YOU.

Sending Your Return Or Exchange
After deciding that you want to send us back one or more of your items (for either return or exchange, depending
on whether that item can be returned or exchanged), you will need to prepare your item for shipment:
Pack the items to be returned securely in the original carton. Please do not try to return your items in a different
box or envelope that will not properly protect the clothing! We did not ship you the clothing in an envelope, to
properly protect it - please use the same courtesy when returning the clothing to us! Inside the box, please include
your contact information, the order number and the reason for the return. Make sure that the package is fully sealed
before shipping. Again - please DO NOT SEND BACK THE CLOTHING IN AN ENVELOPE! It will NOT BE ACCEPTED!
We ask that the item be shipped either UPS, Fedex, USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, or USPS Express Mail.
Using one of these methods will allow the package to be traced and also make the credit process go much quicker.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged. PLEASE NOTE: We do not pay for return shipping costs -
and we do not issue any refunds for the original shipping costs!.
