We ship using UPS. We have found UPS to be reliable and efficient. We support all the UPS shipping options (UPS Ground, UPS 3rd Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air), but please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.

Since we also ship to all the United States territories and to our Armed Forces worldwide, we use Standard Shipping for these areas, which is USPS Priority Mail. You can ask for USPS Express Mail in the Special Instructions area of the Shipment Summary page (when you Checkout) and we can make an extra charge (usually $25) to help with quicker shipping to these special areas that we will ship to (the United States territories and Armed Forces).

Many of our products are kept in stock and will ship out within 1 to 2 business days. However, any product marked as ***Special Order*** will not typically ship out for about 5 to 7 business days (typically, about a week). If you are ordering near a weekend or holiday, be aware that your order will not ship out until after the weekend or holiday. Please NOTE that we are in Scotts Valley, California! So, after your order ships, it will take anywhere from 1 or 2 days to about one week to get to you, depending on how far you are from California and what method of shipping you choose. If you choose UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air, please remember that UPS does not include weekends or holidays in its delivery schedules. So, ordering by UPS Next Day Air on a Thursday or Friday, you may not get your order until AFTER the weekend! Please refer to the picture below to determine how long your order will take to get to you AFTER it ships from our store in Scotts Valley, California if you choose to use regular UPS Ground shipping - remember that if you are on the West Coast, then regular UPS Ground shipping may be just as fast as UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day Air - and the UPS Ground would be a lot cheaper for you!

At this time, we only ship to the United States and its territories, as well as Canada. For Canada, we do not use UPS (too expensive for you!) - we use USPS Priorty mail for standard shipping and USPS Express Mail for expedited shipping (you will need to let us know in the Special Instructions area of the Checkout page).
