Trial Period
There is a 10 day trial period from receipt of shipment in which to review the merchandise. All claims for refund must be postmarked within the 10 day trial period AND MUST BE AUTHORIZED via phone or e-mail. If an extension is needed before return, this will be granted but you MUST E-MAIL customer service ( support@dapperlads.com ) for extension approval. Returns will not be accepted beyond the 10 day from receipt trial period without extension authorization .
 
Exceptions to a Full Refund

Most items are carried in stock. Some of the Regal Wear line is by special order as stated in the text of the item. Special order items are not carried in the warehouse but instead are ordered specifically for the individual at the time of the order. Special orders may be exchanged for a different size but may not be returned for a refund.

Please NOTE: Closeouts, Rogue-Deals, and all Clearance Corner items are Final Sale. These cannot be returned for a refund or exchange!

 
How to Do a Return / Exchange

 

There is no problem doing an exchange or a refund for any item(s) that qualify.

Note that we do not really do exchanges, per se. You simply CREATE A NEW ORDER for what you want. For the original order, simply send back the item(s) that you don't want and ask for a refund on those items.

For an "exchange", by having you CREATE A NEW ORDER, it is much simpler for us to process and for you to keep track of what you have ordered, by logging into your account and Viewing Your Order History.

Remember that *** Special Order *** items can only be sent back if you are purchasing a similar item (essentially an exchange). Also, Closeout, Rogue Deals, and Clearance Corner items are not allowed to be either exchanged or refunded - they are Final Sale items.

Important: When you send back all or part of your order, be sure the returned item(s) are packed up the same way you received them (with the tags, plastic, hangers, etc.) - and use the same box, if possible.

You can use any shipping method that is convenient for you (we do not pay for return shipping). We recommend UPS Ground because it is relatively inexpensive and very reliable (which is why we used UPS to send you the package originally!).
