There is no problem doing an exchange or a refund for any item(s) that qualify.
Note that we do not really do exchanges, per se. You simply CREATE A NEW ORDER for what you want. For the original order, simply send back the item(s) that you don't want and ask for a refund on those items.
For an "exchange", by having you CREATE A NEW ORDER, it is much simpler for us to process and for you to keep track of what you have ordered, by logging into your account and Viewing Your Order History.
Remember that *** Special Order *** items can only be sent back if you are purchasing a similar item (essentially an exchange). Also, Closeout, Rogue Deals, and Clearance Corner items are not allowed to be either exchanged or refunded - they are Final Sale items.
Important: When you send back all or part of your order, be sure the returned item(s) are packed up the same way you received them (with the tags, plastic, hangers, etc.) - and use the same box, if possible.
You can use any shipping method that is convenient for you (we do not pay for return shipping). We recommend UPS Ground because it is relatively inexpensive and very reliable (which is why we used UPS to send you the package originally!).
